Ingredients: 1000 g green beans (dried), 130 g onion (medium size), 100 g oil, 100 g dried tomatoes, 50 g pepper paste, 25 g tomato paste, 10 g salt, 10 g black pepper, 10 g red flakes pepper, 70 gr water) hot) Preparation: Put water in a deep saucepan and bring it to a boil. After boiling, add the dried beans and tomatoes, cook until the beans and tomatoes lose their vitality and drain. After filtering, put the tomatoes in a separate bowl and wait.

Put the olive oil in the pan and heat it a little. Add the chopped onions and fry them until they turn slightly yellow. After the onions are roasted, add the boiled and drained beans and roast them together for a while. Pour hot water into the bowl, add pepper and tomato paste on it, and let the tomato paste dissolve. Add the tomato paste you dissolved on the roasted beans and continue roasting until the water is absorbed. Add salt, black pepper and chili pepper, close to unloading from the stove, mix and remove from the stove. Put the roasted beans on the serving plate. Garnish with previously boiled dried tomatoes and serve.
